Privacy & KVKK Notice

This notice explains how your personal data is processed by the data controller Dokuz Bilgisayar ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("etrink") within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed

• Identity/contact: first name, last name, e-mail, country.
• Account: membership plan, wallet/transaction records, support requests.
• Technical: MetaTrader 5 connection information (in automatic mode passwords are stored encrypted; in manual mode your password is not kept by us), server/operation logs.

Purposes of processing

• Provision of the service (cloud MT5, signal delivery, monitoring).
• Membership, billing and support processes.
• Security, prevention of abuse and legal obligations.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the period necessary for its purposes and for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. Sensitive information (e.g. automatic login passwords) is kept encrypted. Your funds are not held at etrink but in your own broker account.

Transfer

To the extent required by the service, your data may be shared with our infrastructure/server providers and with legally authorized institutions. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to its processing and to request its transfer. You may submit your requests to [email protected].

Cookies

Data necessary for session management and basic functionality (e.g. a session token) may be stored in your browser.
