Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the service provided by Dokuz Bilgisayar ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("etrink"). By using the service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Scope of the service

etrink provides the infrastructure to run MetaTrader 5 terminals in the cloud, to host robots (EAs) and to relay external signals (e.g. webhooks) to MetaTrader 5. etrink is not a brokerage firm, broker or investment advisor.

2. Account and membership

• You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Paid plans are charged from your wallet balance and renew at the end of the period.
• The free trial period and plan quotas (number of accounts/robots, webhooks) are stated in the panel.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in a manner that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that harms the infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the legality and licensing of the robots and signals you upload.

4. Limitation of liability

etrink provides the service "as is". etrink cannot be held liable for market losses, robot/signal performance, broker-related problems, or damages arising from technical malfunctions or interruptions. For details: Risk Disclosure.

5. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or closed. You may terminate your membership at any time; termination does not require a refund of fees for the period already processed.
